Culligan Water of Salem is seeking a self-motivated, results oriented individual to join our team as a Water Treatment Installer. As an Installer you will receive extensive hands on training that will set you up for a successful and lucrative career. We do require some mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude and a strong customer service background. The ability to communicate effectively with our customers is essential for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Deliver excellence in customer service at all times
Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment.
Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Performing all diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner to ensure proper functioning.
Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order.
Apply protective coverings to objects or surfaces near work areas.
Assisting other employees with the delivery and installation of products/equipment.
Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Communicating positively with customers and maintaining positive public relations for the company.
Following all rules and regulations about safety and Culligan policies.
Collaborate with team members to optimize treatment processes
Clean work areas.

Qualifications:

Motivated with the desire to learn and grow with our organization
Driver’s License (Required)
High school diploma or GED
Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
Experience in the plumbing industry preferred
Proficient with tools and repair work, mechanically inclined
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment included but not limited to: bending, twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, working in tight spaces, lifting and pulling
Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 80 lbs. on a repetitive basis (at times over 100 pounds)
Excellent organization skills a must
Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
Available to work overtime as needed
