The Role & Your Future
As a Water Solutions Trainee, you'll be on a clear path to becoming a top-tier Water Solutions Specialist, with the potential for future management opportunities. Your primary focus will be on learning our sales process and products, with hands-on training from our most experienced professionals. You will also gain valuable technical skills by assisting with service and installation jobs, giving you the knowledge and experience you need to excel and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Training & Development:
    • Learn and apply our proven sales process for in-home consultations and business-to-business opportunities.
    •  Shadow top sales performers to understand how to build rapport, identify customer needs, and present compelling solutions.
    •  Participate in sales calls and client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
    •  Develop a strong understanding of our pricing, product offerings, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
       
  • Technical & Product Knowledge:
    • Work alongside our senior technicians to learn the fundamentals of water treatment systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
    • Gain a deep understanding of our product line and the science behind water quality.
    • Assist with service calls and new system installations, providing support and learning from experienced professionals.

  •  Customer Relations:
    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and installation process.
    • Help resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
 Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow a career in sales and the water treatment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
