Culligan Water of Hagerstown is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds and Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and function of our facility, both inside and out. If you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
Grounds Maintenance:
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform weed eating around buildings and grounds
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of facility grounds
- Operate and maintain lawn equipment and power tools
- Clear debris, leaves, and snow (as needed)
Shop and Facility Support:
- Assist with general shop tasks, including organizing tools and materials
- Help with light building repairs, painting, or basic plumbing as needed
- Receive and stock deliveries and materials
- Maintain clean and orderly workspaces
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand tools
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance
- Ability to operate small machinery or power tools safely

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
